Amdocs was named the global market-share leader in the overall billing market by leading analyst firm Analysys Mason and Frost & Sullivan's Stratecast. Analysys Mason estimates that Amdocs’ holds a total of 23.4 percent market share in revenue management systems while Frost & Sullivan's Stratecast credits Amdocs with an 18 percent market share. Stratecast also highlights developments in the emerging area of network function virtualization (NFV) as a key business driver that can significantly impact growth in the billing and convergent charging market.
