Tech Mahindra Limited, a specialist provider of solutions and services to the telecommunications industry, and Comptel Corporation have rolled out an end-to-end order fulfillment platform at a Southeast African communications service provider (CSP), to transform the operator’s BSS/OSS into one that ensures a high customer experience and strong business growth by supporting operational excellence.
